At Floral Street, we want you to be completely enamored with your new fragrance; if you are not satisfied, you can return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that remain sealed and unused.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the unopened product into its original shipping box, ensuring the scent is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Generate and Attach Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier service; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
