Are Floral Street fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our scents are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We are proud to be certified by PETA and we never test our products or ingredients on animals.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Sustainability is at our core. Our fragrance boxes are made from compostable wood pulp and are 100% plastic-free, while our glass bottles are fully recyclable.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full bottle?
Absolutely. We recommend our Scent School Discovery Sets, which allow you to explore our entire collection at home before choosing your favorite full-sized fragrance.
